Using the CDCP at our office
We participate in the Canadian Dental Care Plan. Bring your CDCP card and ID — we bill CDCP directly. Covered services are charged at the CDCP fee guide rates.

What we charge for
We don't publish a price list. The same treatment costs different amounts in different mouths, and a figure on a page can't know which is yours — so we examine first and put your cost in writing before anything begins.

Our fees follow the 2026 Ontario Dental Association fee guide — the same guide your insurer uses to assess a claim. The one figure we publish is the emergency exam, because someone in pain deserves to know that before they call.
Crowns and dentures are made by a dental laboratory. The price above is our fee; the laboratory’s charge is separate and is always shown to you before we start.
Private insurance
We accept all insurance providers and work with every major Canadian dental plan — including the university student plans common in Waterloo.
We bill your insurance directly.
Paying for treatment
We ask for payment at the time of treatment. We don't run payment plans or third-party financing — so there is nothing to sign, and no interest to read about later.
We accept: Debit, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and cash. We don’t accept cheques.
Missed appointments: Life happens — a missed appointment now and then costs you nothing. After three, we charge $40, and that money goes to charity rather than to us.
