The visit — about 60 minutes
A quick tour, then a digital iTero scan: a small camera wand maps your teeth in minutes. No impression moulds. Then an unhurried exam and time for your questions — all of them.

The questions nervous patients ask
I haven’t seen a dentist in years — will I get a lecture?
No. We tell you where things stand and what your options are. What happened before today isn’t the appointment. A lot of our new patients haven’t been in a while — you’ll be in familiar company.
What if I’m anxious in the chair?
Tell us when you book and again when you arrive. We’ll agree on a stop signal, go at your pace, and explain before we do anything. You’re in control of the appointment.
Will you pressure me into treatment?
No. You get a written plan with prices, and you decide what happens and when. Some things are urgent and we’ll tell you plainly which — but the decision is yours.
What should I bring?
Your insurance details or CDCP card if you have one, a list of any medications, and your questions. That’s the whole list.
What does a first visit cost?
A new patient exam with X-rays is listed on our fees page, and you'll always get a written estimate before any treatment beyond the exam.
