Privacy, in plain language.

The short version: this site collects very little and keeps optional statistics off unless you turn them on. Where we measure our advertising, it is described below in plain terms.

What this site stores

Essential storage only. Your cookie-consent choice and, during booking, the details you type. Nothing else is written to your device.
Optional visit statistics are off by default. If you decline — or simply close the banner — nothing optional runs. Both choices are one tap and carry equal weight; declining is never hidden.
If you do turn them on: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which runs from this website's own address rather than someone else's server. It records which page was viewed, the site you arrived from, your country, and your browser and device type. It sets no cookie, and it cannot follow you to any other website.
On the pages we advertise, we measure phone calls. Three pages exist only to receive clicks on our ads; their web address begins /lp/. On those three, Google's measurement tag loads and the phone number you see is a Google forwarding number that rings this practice exactly as our own number does. It lets us count how many calls our advertising actually produces, and it tells us the call came from an ad, not who you are. Every other page on this site loads nothing from Google or any other advertising network, and no advertising cookie is set when you browse them.
If you arrive from one of our ads, the advertisement's click identifier travels in the web address and, if you send us a callback request, is passed to our own server along with it. It tells us which advertising actually helps people reach the practice. It describes the advertisement, not you, and it is kept only for that browsing session.

What we don't do

No third-party fonts, embedded maps, or chat widgets. Fonts are served from this site, the map is an ordinary link, and "Text us" opens your own messaging app.
No sale or sharing of personal information.

If our advertising measurement changes, this page is updated to say so before the change goes live. Last reviewed 15 September 2026.

Booking and intake

The booking request form asks for your name, phone number, and the time that suits you — optionally your email and a short note. With your consent, we use these only to contact you about that request. Requests go straight to the practice inbox by email; they are not stored on this website, sold, or shared.

Medical history, insurance details, and health card numbers are collected afterwards on the new patient forms, sent as PDFs by text or email — that's health information and we don't collect it through this website.
